Awltech are the only UK company in the acrylic fabricating, point of sale and sign making industry that specialises in equipment only for those industries. We started off suplying the sign industry 20 years ago. Our first product was the Flame Polisher; there are now thousands of flame polishers being used in the plastic fabricating industry. There are a few copies around nowadays, but the Awltech Flame Polisher is still the best model available, as thousands of satisfied customers will confirm.

Over the years we have expanded our range of fabricating equipment to include Heat Benders for bending all thermoplastic sheet such as Acrylic, PP, PS and PVC. We have five different models in an endless list of variations, which can all be supplied as standard or equipped to suit the individual needs of the customer. Semi-automatic heat benders for mass production are also available. Again we were the first company to introduce these types of heat benders in to the UK.

Edge finishing once a labour intensive process is now a fast, efficient process thanks to the introduction of the Bermaq and EFC Diamond Edge Polisher. We have six models to offer from a small table topmachine to a three meter Diamond polisher that can polish up to 100mm thick material. We also have connections with a UK company supplying, we believe, technically the best and most up to date Laser cutting equipment available.
